How does Tongkat Ali boost testosterone?

Excessive use of any supplement including Fadogia Agrestis can potentially affect liver and kidney function. We, and Dr Andrew Huberman, recommend to use Fadogia Agrestis 8-12 weeks at a time then cycling off for a few weeks. This prevents the body adjusting and lowering the amount of luteinising hormones it naturally produces.

How does Creatine work?

  • Creatine plays a crucial role in the body’s energy production system, particularly during short-duration, high-intensity activities. However, ATP stores in the body are limited and can be rapidly depleted during intense physical activities. 
  • When you take creatine as a supplement or obtain it from food, it is converted in phosphocreatine or creatine phosphate in the muscle cells. Phosphocreatine acts as a reservoir of phosphate groups that can quickly combine with adenosine diphosphate (ADP) to replenish ATP stores.
